Terms of use and studio work

These terms cover use of the Brandcraftstudio website and, in outline, how studio engagements are offered. A signed proposal governs a paid project. If the proposal and this page disagree, the proposal wins. Brandcraftstudio is the studio at 401 Richmond Street West, Suite 320, Toronto, ON M5V 3A8, Canada.

Using this website

You may read the pages, send a brief, and share links to public URLs. You may not scrape the site for a competing directory, copy the case descriptions as if they were your own case studies, or attempt to probe send.php. Content is written in 2026 and is offered as information, not as a public offer to contract at a posted price.

Examples on the work page describe kinds of engagements. They are not testimonials, they do not name clients, and they do not publish performance figures. Do not treat them as guarantees for your sector.

Briefs, quotes and calendars

Sending a brief does not retain the studio. We reply within one business day, Monday to Friday, with a listening time, a request for a missing fact, or a no. Quotes are written after listening. Project work uses a fixed scope and calendar; retainers are a monthly block of time; a studio day is one working day. Amounts are quoted, never listed here as a menu.

Review rounds and change-order rules are restated in the proposal. Unused design routes remain with Brandcraftstudio unless purchased. Partner licences (fonts, photography) are named in the proposal and do not transfer beyond their terms.

Files, payment and conduct

Finished files for the paid scope transfer on payment. We may pause work if invoices are overdue. We will not hold files to extract a review or a logo-rights mention. We decline briefs that ask for review inflation, unsubstantiated medical claims, lobbying, or a PR crisis desk.

Visits to Suite 320 are by appointment during Mon–Thu 9:00–18:00, Fri 9:00–16:00 (ET), closed weekends and statutory holidays. Guests are asked to respect other tenants in the building.

Liability and law

The website is provided as-is. We work to keep it available and accurate; we do not warrant that every page will load on every device. For studio work, liability is limited as set out in the proposal and will not include indirect or speculative losses. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply there.
