Privacy at Brandcraftstudio
This policy describes how Brandcraftstudio, a studio at 401 Richmond Street West, Suite 320, Toronto, ON M5V 3A8, Canada, handles personal information sent through this website. It is written for Canadian privacy law, including PIPEDA. It does not list tax numbers and it does not sell a marketing list.
What we collect from the brief form
The form on contact.php asks for a name, email, optional phone, optional company, project type, optional timing, a message, and a consent tick. We use those details only to answer the enquiry, book a listening session, or send a written no. We do not add form names to a newsletter. We do not buy enrichment data to append to your row.
A hidden timestamp is stored with the submission so we can reject automated posts. A honeypot field named “website” is ignored unless a machine fills it, in which case the post is discarded. Server logs may keep an IP address and user-agent for security. Those logs are not used for advertising.
Where information sits
Briefs are read by the studio pair who will answer you. They are not forwarded to partner printers, photographers or translators until you have asked us to involve them and we have a reason. Hosting for this site is in a professional environment; we will not pretend a consumer laptop is the system of record.
We keep enquiry records for as long as the conversation is active and for a limited archive afterwards so we can recall what was promised. You may ask us to delete an enquiry that did not become a contract. Email hello@brandcraftstudio.pro or write to the Richmond Street address.
Your rights and how to reach us
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for a correction, or withdraw consent for further contact about a closed enquiry. We will respond within the timelines PIPEDA expects. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Do not send health records, government ID scans or customer databases through the public form. If a later project needs sensitive files, we will open a channel suited to them and say so in writing.
Cookies and third parties
This site stores a local preference so the cookie notice stays dismissed. Google Fonts may load Rubik and Karla from Google’s servers; the map on the contact page is an embed from Google Maps. Those services have their own policies. We do not run advertising pixels from this domain. Read cookies.php for the short version.
